Thousands/Hundreds/Tens/Ones/(Decimal point)/Tenths/Hundredths/Thousandths
Alrighty, so here's what I'm struggling with here, your number is 2.348 but You don't have enough numbers to even round to the thousands place. If you meant to put thousandths, you also don't have a number after the 8 to round it to the thousandths place. Is there any more information?
