Someone please help! I have gone over the lesson and I still don't understand how to determine the answer.

I believe it is 8!/(2!*2!)
You have a total of 8 letters but you have 2 letters that repeat twice each.
(8*7*6*5*4*3*2*1)/(2*1*2*1)
8*7*6*5*3*2 = 10,080 ways
