The answer is D. The two angles do not form a side, making it AAS.
<D and <A are congruent (Angle Congruency)
<B and <F are congruent (Angle Congruency)
BC and EF are congruent (Side Congruency)

The answer is not A because you do not have the information that AB is congruent to DE, which means the side of the congruencies is not between the two congruent angles.
