we can eliminate the y terms by adding the equations
x-y=11
2x+y=19 +
3x+0y=30
3x=30
divide by 3
x=10
subb ack
x-y=11
10-y=11
minus 10 both sides
-y=1
times -1
y=-1
(x,y)
(10,-1)
