a 6ft tall tent standing next to a cardboard box casts a 15ft shadow. if the cardboard box casts a shadow that is 6ft tall then how tall is it?

Calculate a ratio between shadow of the tend and the real height.
So 15/6=2.5, that means the shadow is always 2.5 longer than the real height.

That means if the shadow of the box is 6ft, then the real height is 6/2.5 = 2.4ft
