Solve nx + 4 for x

Question 5 options:

x = h + 4


x = h/n


x = hn


x = (h - 4)/n

From what I can see, this problem is unsolvable due to the fact that your missing a variable in the equation. If the equation was for instance h=nx+4 the answer would be (h-4)/n=x or something like that. Going by the possible answers, I'm guessing x=(h-4)/n is the correct one
