Sensory details are dealing with your 5 senses, like smell, hear, touch, taste, and sight. When you use theses details like in reading you try to use them as if you can sense what the person you're reading is sensing. Like if the narrator say they smell eggs you try to imagine yourself smelling eggs like them

Sensory details include sight, sound, touch, smell, and taste. Writers employ the five senses to engage a reader's interest.
