Hat are the six areas of wellness and how can they be incorporated into one's daily life?

The six areas of wellness is Social, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, Environmental, and Intellecuatual. Social (how you are with others, Physical is your physical health, environmental is who you are around, where you live. I think you can figure the rest out by yourself ;)
