No. To Use The Same Ratio Se Would Come Up With 4 Cups of Oats and 8 Of Flour. While 2x2 = 4 (Cups Of Oats) 4x2 DOES NOT EQUAL 6 (Cups Of Oats)

No she did not use the same ratio. She doubled the amount of oats which means she needs to double the amount of flour. If she doubled the amount of flower it would have been 8 cups not 6 cups
