Devin has a new cell phone that holds 1.5 gigabytes of memory for music. He has already used 1.35 gigabytes of the memory. Will he have enough space to download a song that will use 0.12 gigabyte of memory? Explain

Yes. To find how much memory the cell phone has left, subtract the total amount of memory, 1.5 gigabytes, by the amount of memory used, 1.35 gigabytes. 1.5 gigabytes - 1.35 gigabytes = .15 gigabytes. .12 gigabytes is less than .15, so Devin has a enough memory left.
