The structures found in a living cell can be compared to the parts of a factory that produces cars. Which part of the factory is most similar to the nucleus of a living cell?

That would most probably be the computers that are programmed to manage the functions of the factory.
Since a nucleus in the control center of the cell, it controls EVERYTHING that the cell does, and so do the computers. They relate :)
