A athlete can run 110 yards in 10 seconds. How fast in miles per hour can the athlete run?

Since the athlete starts from a stopped position and it takes about 40 yards to get to top speed, the time does not tell you what the athlete's top speed was during the race.
Most elite sprinters get to or above 30 mph during the 100 meters race.
