Every person has unique Bone characteristic by it's tissue which resides on the surface of skeletal structure. By that, scientists can extract Leukocyte, then he can apply DNA test, which includes, DNA amplification, clevage, DNA Profiling and most important Electrophoresis.

Hope this helps!
