48 = 10w + 6w what's the w

I'm gonna do this step-by-step so you can understand what I'm doing.
First, add the like things (which are 10w and 6w, because they both are multiplied by w):
48=16w

Next, you need to get rid of the 16. To do so, simply divide everything on both sides by 16 so that you get w=3.

the w can be like 48=16w so now divided both sides by 16.... it will be like :w=3
