F(x)=2x^2-4x-3
g(x)=(x-4)(x+4) = x^2 - 16

f(x)-g(x) = 2x^2 -4x -3 - (x^2 - 16)
f(x)-g(x) = 2x^2 -4x -3 - x^2 + 16
f(x)-g(x) = x^2 - 4x + 13
