The correct answer is farthest south.

Solstice occurs twice a year once in summers and once in winter and during this time the sun is at the lowest or at the highest point in the sky which results in the shortest or longest days. In the southern hemisphere the summer solstice occurs when the when the sunlight is farthest towards the south.
