For y = 350:
p = -23 + 0.13(350) = -23 + 45.5 = 22.5

For y = 400:
p = -23 + 0.13(400) = -23 + 52 = 29

For y = 450:
p = -23 + 0.13(450) = -23 + 58.5 = 35.5
