The description belongs to Pluto.

Pluto is a dwarf planet of the solar system located after the orbit of Neptune. Its great distance to the Sun and the Earth, together with its small size, prevents it from shining above the magnitude of 13.8 at its best.

Pluto takes about 248 Earth years to circle the Sun. Its orbit is eccentric and very inclined with respect to the ecliptic, so for 20 years it crosses the orbital plane of the gaseous giants until it enters the orbit of Neptune. Pluto has a diameter of 2,370 km and is surrounded by five satellites: Charon, Nix, Hydra, Cerberus and Stygia.
