64 = 2(l+w)

64 = 2[l+(4)]

64 = 2l + 8

64 - 8 = 2l

56 = 2l

56/2 = 2l/2

28 = l

Perimeter: 2(length + width)
64 = 2(length + 4)
32 = (length + 4)
28 = length
