Perimeter is Circumference of a circle.
C=pi(or 3.14) times diameter
C=3.14(4)
C=12.56 meters

Then area is pi (3.14) times radius squared
A=3.14(4/2)^2
A=3.14(2^2)
A=3.14(4)
A=12.56 meters squared
