yes. non smokers might want to try or pick up a cigarette. and also someone who was a smoker that quit would want to re try smoking again. also it is not safe for toddlers or kids lungs to breathe in

No cuz people are allowed to make their own choices (depends where you live) plus it would be hard to ban because its already legal and reason number 3 is because cigarettes are not as bad as other things that are legal like beers and etc (except mary jane dont know what that means look it up)
