The first and third. The indivisibility of an atom was proved wrong because an atom can be subdivided into protons, neutrons and electrons. And subatomic particles take part in chemical reactions. Atoms of some elements vary in their masses/densities which are isotopes. Dalton also claimed that atoms of different elements are different which can be wrong in certain cases, such as argon and calcium.
