H2O > NADP+ >Calvin Cycle. Light Reaction during photosynthesis represents the flow of electrons. Electrons are extracted from water by an enzyme then go to photosynthesis II via electron transport chain. Electrons from the protein are transferred to NADP to form NADPH.
