Answer = - 2x + 2y = - 8

Because when the x intercept is 4 the y intercept is 0 so if you put these into the equation
-2x4 + 0 = - 8
-8 = - 8

Both sides of the equation are equal

Answer: -2x + 2y = - 8

Explanation:

To find the x - intervept, we simply put y= 0

-2x +2(0) = -8

-2x = -8

Divide bothside by -2

-2x/-2 =-8/-2

x = 4
