On February 1st, 1861, delegates from six seceded states met at Alabama to conduct a special meeting. The six states that sent delegates to the meeting include: South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Louisiana. The principal purpose of the meeting is to formally unified the government which have been newly formed and which is called Confederate States of America.
