Possible consequence can be divided into two categories Gained knowledge and/or Punishment for action .
Gained Knowledge may be something learned from the invasion of privacy something that might have been intended to be kept hidden for good or bad. Punishment for action simply referring to the punishment given from the person who's privacy was invaded.
