first find out what 40% of 200 is
200 times .4 is 80

then find out what 1/3 of 150 is
divide 150 by three, which is 50
if it was 2/3 instead of 1/3, you would multiply 50 by 2

40% of 200 is greater

Which is bigger 40% of 200 or 1/3 of 150
