The right answer would be number 1. ''She shouted angry when she saw the broken window.'' would be like saying ''She shouted the word ''angry'' when she saw the broken window.'' except it's not written that way, so number 1 is correct.

Which is correct ? 1. She shouted angrily when she saw the broken window. or 2. She shouted angry when she saw the broken window.
