and my second question is which process is a breaking down process photosynthesis or respiration or both ? and make sure you explain ur answer

Photosynthesis is a constructive process 'cause it creates molecule of Glucose, a form of energy!

Respiration is a breaking down here, 'cause it utilizes that Glucose to make energy molecules i.e., ATP
