What if you were accused of a crime and, although you knew you were

innocent, the evidence pointed so overwhelmingly to you that you believed you
had no chance of being acquitted in a trial? In this situation, how might you feel
about the option of plea bargaining? Explain your comments thoroughly.

personally I would be completely against the option of plea bargaining because in a situation like this, I'd much rather do everything I can to prove innocence, even if it means I get locked up.
