**ANSWER**
4 Adults, 3 Children.
**WORK**
x + (x+1) = 7
Combine like terms.
2x+1=7
-1 -1
2x = 6
/2 /2
x = 3
Go back to the original equation.
x + (x+1) = 7
Plug in x = 3.
3 + 4 = 7.
4 Adults, 3 Children.
