THe North Vietnamese armed were the full fledged force that lead North Vietnam and had aided Vietcong to cause numerous attacks on their Southern counterparts and the US. The North Vietnamese were highly equipped with the latest Soviet/Chinese Aircraft, Weapons, Somewhat Tanks and boats.
