From the definition of the diagonals of a rectangle, diagonal MO bisects diagonal PN. We have the following conditions:
MX = NX
An isosceles triangle is a triangle with at least two sides equal or congruent. Since two sides of triangle MXN are equal in length, it makes the triangle isosceles.
