Testing your knowledge i dont know it so do u? pls help

Describe the difference between eating sugar in the form of whole fruits that contains fiber, minerals, and vitamins, and sugar that is eaten without those co-factors.

well fruits hold sugar but sometimes like bananas they can hold sugar that is bad for you and could cause weight and even cause you to not sleep (like me)
