( x^(2) -12x+35)/(x^(2)-3x-10) simplifies to

((x-5)(x-7))/((x-5)(x+2))\\ (x-7)/(x+2)
So the most simplified version of
( x^(2) -12x+35)/(x^(2)-3x-10) is
(x-7)/(x+2).
