Is the air around us a compound or mixture

The air around us is a mixture of multiple different gases, mostly Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Carbon Dioxide. Carbon Dioxide is a compound, but the rest of the air is not.

The air around us is not a compound it is a homogeneous mixture.
