Let x be the number of tacos sold in a day. So the inequality to represent the amount of tacos they need to sell per day to make a profit:

3.25x > 210

This means that they should earn more than $ 210 to cover the expenses

3.25x > 210

X > 64.62 since there is no fraction of a taco

X > 65
