Using trigonometric ratios


\sin C=\frac{\text{perpendicular}}{\text{hypotenuse}}


\sin C=(AB)/(AC)

Putting values,


\sin 30^\circ} =(10)/(AC)

We know,
\sin 30^\circ}=(1)/(2)


(1)/(2) =(10)/(AC)
