"The Tall Office Building Artistically Considered," is an essay that was written by an architect named, Louis Sullivan. He was a Chicago architect who outlined his own principles for designing tall buildings. In 1986 he completed the Guaranty Building, in the US which is one of his best examples of the early tall office building.
