Speed of light is ≈ 3.0 * 10⁸ m/s
0.1% = 0.1/100 = 1/1000
= (1/1000) * (3.0 * 10⁸) m/s
=
3.0 * 10⁵ m/s
Yes this is fast.
Hope this solves it.
