x = 1, y = -3

-9x - 2y = -3 (1)
-2x -3y = 7 (2)

From (1), make new equation, y = (3-9x)/2 (3)

From the new equation (3), substitute the y value into (2). Solve it, and you get the value of x.

Once u get the value of x, substitute it into (3) then you get the value of y.
