What are some failures of obama and some unknowns(we don't know if they are good or bad)? What is a summary and a grade you would give him?

I would give Obama a 8/10. He was a really good president in comparison to the other presidents of the 21st century. One weakness that comes to my mind that Obama has is that he is too nice and does not have a strong persona. He is too nice and kind to act like a politician.
