Find three consecutive postitive odd integers, such that the sum of the second and third is twenty three more than three times the first.

x is the first integer, then the other two are
x+2 and
x+4.

You then want to find
x such that


(x+2)+(x+4)=23+3x\implies -17=x

but this number is not positive, so there is no solution.
