Radical 14 can simplify to radical 2 and radical 7. Now combine like radicals, radical 2 times radical 2 is radical 4 which is a Perfect square. The square root of 4 is 2 so that goes on the outside of radical 7 ( can no longer be simplified) answer then being 2 radical 7
