v=hpir^2
we want 3/4 of volume so multiply the volume by 3/4 later

height=10
radius=4
v= 10pi4^2
v=10pi16
v=160pi
3/4 of 160pi=120pi cubic inches of water
aprox 377 cubic inches of water
