Hi there!
u - 2 = 2
Since this is u subtracted from 2 then add the 2 and the answer to figure out what u is
2 + 2 = 4
Replace u with 4
4 - 2 = 2
That seems about right.

U-2=2
You're going to try to leave the variable alone, so subtract 2 from both sides.
U-2=2
+2=+2
U=4
