slope = (-4 - 4) / (3 - (-1) = -8/)3 + 1) = -8/4 = -2
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
slope(m) = -2
(3,-4)...x1 = 3 and y1 = -4

y - (-4) = -2(x - 3) =
y + 4= -2(x - 3) <====
