Describe how the harmonies aldosterone and ADH affect water movement in the collecting ducts? Please help I have no idea.

Role of aldosterone
Aldosterone is released by adrenal gland. When blood pressure of blood is lowered, this hormone is released which reabsorb sodium followed by water re-absorption indirectly.

Role of ADH
This hormone is produced in hypothalamus but released by posterior pituitary. It directly control water conservation. ADH has the ability to reabsorb urea which, in turn, reabsorbs water through osmosis
