Answering questions such as, "what will you do differently on the next project based on your experience working on this project?" is part of a lessons-learned report. After you complete a project, it is often a requirement to reflect on what you did well and what you would change in the future. Most of the time things don't go directly as planned and hiccups happen throughout the life of the project. When you reflect you are able to openly share what you learned from your experiences.
