Act 1, Scene 1: Marullus is angry that the people are celebrating Caesar killing Pompey, when they used to celebrate Pompey. This shows that the crows are easily swayed. "You blocks, you stones, you worse than senseless things! / O you hard hearts, you cruel men of Rome, / Knew you not Pompey?"
Act 1, Scene 2: Casca tells Cassius and Brutus how Caesar refused the crown and then fainted in the middle of the crowd, showing insecurity in leadership. "He fell down in the market-place, and foamed at
mouth, and was speechless."
Act 1, Scene 3: Casca tells Cicero that he thinks the crazy storms they've been having have something to do with the people in charge of Rome.
"Either there is a civil strife in heaven, / Or else the world, too saucy with the gods, / Incenses them to send destruction"
